Basic Principle
Measurement of torque: The strain gauge technology is used to form a strain bridge on the elastic shaft, and the electrical signal of the elastic shaft subjected to torsion can be measured by providing power to the strain bridge. The strain signal is amplified and converted into a frequency signal that is proportional to the torsional strain after pressure/frequency conversion.

1. Signal output can be arbitrarily selected waveform - square wave or pulse wave.
2. High detection accuracy, good stability and strong anti-interference.
3. Continuous measurement of positive and negative torque without repeated zero adjustment.
4. It can measure static torque and dynamic torque.
5. Small size, heavy sensor can be detached from the secondary instrumentation for independent use, as long as the socket pin number to provide +15V, -15V (200mA) power supply, you can output impedance and torque proportional to the frequency of square wave or pulse wave signal. Lightweight and easy to install.
